Central Vacuum
System
What is a central vacuum system and how does it work? A central
vacuum system is a cleaning system that is built in to your
home. The system includes a main power unit and installs in
any such area such as a utility room, basement or garage away
from daily living activities. Tubing runs under floors or in
the attic that connect to unobtrusive inlets placed conveniently
throughout the house. When its time to vacuum, simply insert
the hose into an inlet to turn the system on automatically and
removing the hose turns the system off.
There many advantages to installing a central vacuum and the
biggest advantage is, the quality of the indoor air. With over
50 million Americans suffering from allergies or asthma and
the number is on the rise. Common household dust is one of the
major causes, along with millions of microorganisms, including
mold and dust mite, which 'live' in carpeting and other furnishes.
With their powerful mothers, built in central cleaning systems
pull dust and allergens from the living environments more effectively
than any portable vacuum, trapping them within the filtration
system of the unit away from the living environment.
TECHome is one of few audio video companies that install central
vacuum systems; TECHome is committed to building solutions for
today's life styles.
